PC method is more beneficial than existing in-site concrete method when the mass of concrete structure is big and its shape is complicated like semiconductor factory. Also by using PC method, manufacturer can quickly cope with rapid market change by reducing construction period.
PC method enables a single precast concrete column covers up to two floors high, and only one large grid shaped girder can be used for installing clean-room. It is possible to reduce construction period and cost innovatively.
